***Due to high demands on the USPS (post office), we are not responsible for shipping delays. Once your package is shipped it is out of our control when it will be delivered. All orders are made to order therefore processing times vary from item to item and this is the time it takes to design and create your order to be shipped. Keep in mind upgrading your shipping will not speed up the processing time these are different. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME:

Processing and Shipping times are diferent.

Processing is the time that takes us to make your product, about 7 BUsinness days.

All items are shipped First Class via USPS. The average First Class ship time is 3-5 business days (but please allow for delays during the holidays). We also ship USPS Priority mail upon request. USPS Priority mail takes 2-3 days.

 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International purchases may require additional customs/duty fees and taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 1-3 weeks for international shipping. Rarely international packages will be held up in customs, which will cause an extended ship time. We cannot be responsible for unforeseen international shipping delays. In these circumstances we recommend that the buyer reach out to their local post office for shipping updates. We cannot provide refunds on delayed packages.
